The True Elementz Jam was a huge success once again.

The heat wasn't enough to keep us down and the free Colt 45 was doin it's thing.

Thanks to everyone that attended, the amazing artists that surrounded us with a world full of color, the b-boys and b-girls (shouts & love to the HeartBreakerz!), James and Karla Murray, once again for this amazing addition to our Miami culture documentations, and everyone involved.

So a couple of days ago, the Kardashian girls opened up the Miami DASH location on South Beach. A day later, graffiti shows up on the wall.

Crime? Personal attack on the Kardasian clan? Nope.
Just GUK gettin up.

Some people really need to read a book before they open up their mouths.

I have absolutely nothing against the Kardashian sisters, in fact, I like um. I watch their show a lot because my mom has her own personal love affair with that family.

And the ignorance I'm talking about doesn't necessarily come straight from the sisters but from the people who posted comments on Kourtney Kardashians Blog.

Anywho..Kourtney posted on her blog about how the store was "Vandalized" and how the crimes were "gang-related".

Pft..

As I scroll down to the comments, I see this..



BIG UPS to Miami Graffiti for speaking out.

I scrolled further and found some ignorant comments about art needing to stay in art classes and some other dumb shit about crimes n such.

I am fully capable of understanding that everyone has their own opinion, as this is mine, but when you open your mouth before being informed, that's when its just straight up ignorance.

The tag on that wall is on 45 other walls, it just so happens that it was this wall's turn..and DASH is just a bystander. It happens. Paint over it and keep it movin. Its gonna happen about 45 more times and then some. It was no personal attack, it was an artist, getting up.

Talk to me about your opinions.
